I’ve just purchased the i1Pro3 Photo Plus and wondered if anything has changed in terms of using the 129 step targets and the related instructions for i1Pro2? I can’t seem to load the target into iProfiler, even when I changed the suffix to pxf. Also, is the 129 step target still the best for Pt/Pd or can I use the likes of the 31x9 target, or is this really for paper rather than digital negatives?
i1P3 plus will probably not be supported because it requires so large targets however if you open any of the i1Pro2 targets and go to the “target generation” window and change device to i1Pro3 and export the Tiffs, this will work.

Hi Walter. Thanks for the reply. Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I don’t know what you mean by ‘target generation’ window. Is this in the iProfiler software, or somewhere else? Also, as an aside, I bought the Professional Edition software a couple of days ago, but haven’t received a link to download it yet. Cheers. John
It’s in the i1profiler software after loading any of the i1Prov2 workflows.
