Which type of matte paper should be selected from the Epson menu when printing with piezophotography pro inks on Rag, Etch or other type of matte paper? How do these different options influence the printing process? Thanks!

Thanks, Fine Art is not an option in the Epson menu, does “Doubleweight” refer to thick paper?
