I think I’d like to give the R2000 a try with PiezoDN, already working and happy with the 3880 but would like to have the smaller as a back up .
Any hint I should know of ?
cheers

The R2000 has star-wheels similar to the 1430 and 2880. You will need to take these out or simply lift the star wheel base. You will find this thread informative: https://piezography.com/topic/epson-1430-printer-modifications/
The R2000 has a 1.5 picoliter nozzle and it makes VERY good negatives.
