QTRGui won’t open files with the extension ‘tiff’. It gives the error message shown below. The PiezoDN Targets for Spyder all have the ‘tiff’ extension. Maybe in the next distribution of PiezoDN for Windows you could change these to ‘tif’ to be consistent with the other targets. T

This could be considered a bug in QTRGui, but changing the file extensions would be the easiest workaround.

.tiff (tagged image file format) was the original name but many windows programs require only 3 letters as a file extension, therefore .tif is the preferred name.
