Until now it’s not clear for me why, after a certain time, SpyderPRINT crashes after start-up this prgram. The following screens appears …

The only ‘option’ that I have is to remove the program and re-install the program. With others words more time in installing, restarting, re-installing, removing, … the program instead of having fun with spot measurements.

Currently I’m in contact with Datacolor’s Helpdesk (almost two weeks with almost daily exchanges of e-mail).

Did someone of you had similar problems or any suggestions for a permanent solutions?
