This is where I found the note about not printing on letter size film:

Minimum Requirements for PiezoDN on the 3880:

  • An Epson 3880.

  • A m​acintosh computer.

  • The PiezoDN Installer Package

  • QuadtoneRIP

  • Print­Tool

  • Piezography Selenium inks + GO and refillable cartridges.

  • Pictorico U​ltra­Premium​OHP Media​*only this film is supported currently. We strongly

    recommend printing on 11”+ wide media for this printer, not letter size.

  • Palladium and other chemicals.

  • Alt­Process Paper.

    10. A hair dryer.
