Repairing an x-rite isis?

Hey there - wondering if anyone has a recommendation for an X-Rite ISIS XL (first gen) that won’t power on. I have used it for many years, but a couple weeks ago would no longer turn on. I bought a new power supply for it from X-rite which didn’t solve the problem. Then I learned X-rite no longer repairs this unit :frowning:

Hoping to try something else with the unit before recycling it. Maybe there’s an internal battery or something else for a DIY repair? X-rite support said the only option is to buy a current ISIS.
