Preparing Stored Ink for Use

Hi List,

I am now finally ready to install P Pro inks into my printer. The 700ml containers have sat still on a shelf for almost 5 months. I started to gently shake them to get the pigments uniformly suspended when on the warm tone very light grey cart I noticed what I thought was quite a bit of pigment settled at the bottom corners.

Should I try to shake less gently to mix that pigment in ? Or is it better left where it is ?

I suggest a normal shake (less than orange juice!) and let sit over-night then fill the carts.

In future, let the carts lay on their sides and turn them 90 degrees every couple months. This will keep it all in suspension.
