PPE2 - printer not found

Hello
I have installed PPE v2. Looks great can’t wait to get stuck in. But there seems to be a problem with recognizing/finding the printer. Applications>Piezography>Curves>9800Pro>‘Install-Command’ produces following error message —

ALERT! **** Printer Description File (PPD) not found for printer Piezography - First try re-installing QTR via the Install-QTR-###.pkg file

I have tried re-installing QTR from website that didnt help

Any suggestions?

Dear Neil. Some computers (not many but some) require the curve folder to actually live at >Applications>QuadtoneRIP>Profiles>

Drag and drop the curve folder into there and re-run the command. This should do it. If not, let me know.
