Piezography Pro for Carbon Printing

Hello all,

I am interested in starting a dialog with anyone who is using Piezography Pro to make digital negatives for carbon printing. I am also interested in the workflow used for making cardon prints. I would like to compare it to the information I have.

Jim

Greetings,

I will be using it for carbon soon. I’m using up my K3 inkset first. I’ll keep an eye on this thread and share info as it evolves.

Enjoy the day and be well,
Scott

Scott,

Thank you for the reply. It is difficult to find anyone doing carbon printing and using digital negative, I am also interested in your carbon print workflow.

Please keep my posted.

Jim

I’ve used the Piezography system for carbon prints as well as rawlins oil. It works quite well. I’m on the road and my notes are home, but it’s quite the process. The glop creation and dichromate is the least of the worries. Mostly the mating of the tissue to the final paper is always nerve wracking, but it doesn’t help that I always try to rush the peeling process.

John,

Thank you for your input. I am looking forward hearing more from you.
