Is unplugging the decoder the same as resetting?
I installed pro inks last year and never had to reset, it just worked! yesterday the p-800 stopped recognizing all cartridges, I unplugged the decoder and restarted the printer all is good and all cartridges were recognized and monitored as full (I check very often the levels visually…).
Also: I only use MK and noticed that the GO cart does go down, albeit much less than the inks… Does matte printing actually use GO?

It will reset to the next serial on reboot if it is in an "empty’ state before reboot,.
