The last 1.5 inches of paper remain under the rollers after printing, it requires me to pull it out. Any image that happens to be in that area gets smeared as one would imagine. I don’t see anything in the service manual alluding to this problem. The printer is basically new so glazed rollers I don’t believe are the issue. Has anyone ever experienced that?
