ICC profiles created in Mac can be used in PC?

I see it is not yet possible to create ICC profiles with Piezography ICC Profiler in Windows version.
But, is it possible to create an ICC with PPEv2 and Piezography ICC Profiler in Mac, then bring it to a PC, install it and use it to:

  • To print in Photoshop-Lightroom on PC with that ICC profile created in Mac
  • To soft-proof in linear mode for manual contrast tweak on the PC
  • To soft-proof with Relative Intent for printing with that ICC on the PC
