I defined the non-printable area around my picture, but almost all of the A4 pictorico OHP film is printed. How can I exactly manage this area?

If you want clear film around the outside of the image, you must fill the canvas with black in Ps before opening it in PrintTool. I prefer to use custom page sizes, rather than the standard set, and all borders to zero. Remember, you are working with a positive image, but PiezoDN prints it as a negative, so what you see as a black border will be clear. When expanding the canvas around an image, be sure to take into account the unsable leading and trailing edges of your particular printer. Other than that, expand the canvas in 2 or 3 steps to position the image exactly where you want it.
