Hello,
I am going to be purchasing a new P8000 or P9000 printer and am wondering about people’s experience with Epson honoring their warranties with Cone inks and carts.
Their warranty clearly states 3rd party inks and carts will void the warranty for any repair of the ink delivery system including the printhead, but I’ve heard some people that they are still honoring their warranty and others say Epson will not honor the warranty.
Does anyone have direct experience doing warranty work on the printer with Cone Inks?
