Hello,
I just obtained a used 3880 to dedicate to printing gravure plates. The LED is flashing (all channels) and saying No Ink in Cartridge, Install Ink Cartridge. I have looked at the cartridges and they do not all appear to be empty, some have some ink. I tried putting in a new cartridge in one of the bays but nothing changed. Even after restarting the printer.
I don’t know how long this printer stood unused sadly.
Appreciate any help!
