the QTR dialogue box no longer appears when i go to print in Photoshop CC and Print Tool. can’t access the piezograghy curves or paper type. I am running Catalina on my mac. is that the problem and if so how do I solve it?

re-install QuadtoneRIP. Delete the printer from SysPres → Printer & Scanners
Re-run the printer install .command
This should do it
