My ColorMunki died in the middle of linearization. X-rite tech support said it’s time for a replacement. Since I do icc’s as well as curves, I am asking for your opinion as to the benefit of upgrading. I found a new kit for $1240 vs about $500 for a new ColorMunki. I don’t know anybody who uses an i1 Pro and I’d like opinions from people who have one or have used both as to what benefit I get for an additional $700 investment.
I assume the few papers which I got through the 51 targets with the ColorMunki will need to be started again if I change to an i1.
