Hi Peter,
It is best to dry overnight if you judge your prints after overnight.
You would measure and average multiple targets and use the subsequent data to linearize the starting curve.
You then take the new curve to print a subsequent target you contact print in multiple for another overnight dry, measurement, and that data is used to linearize the New Curve this time resulting in a second New Curve.
How close the linearization is indicates whether the 2nd New Curve is final or requires a third.
