Still with same issue? Possibly I am not reading correctly, yet with 3880 install it comes up as “completed”.

I think you need to download and re-install quadtoneRIP as well. This will fix permissions for the folder located at /Library/Printers/qtr/quadtone

If the permissions are wrong (this happens a lot with QuadtoneRIP) you will get this error.

If you re-install and it still does not work, open Terminal and type this:

sudo chmod -R 777 /Library/Printers/QTR/quadtone

That will fix the issue.

OK…! Trashed QTR, reinstalled and then opened and installed the 1430 pt/pd curves and all the workings.
