1430 CIS Cartridges Not Resetting

I have a 1430 I recently purchased specifically to do PiezoDN.

I received the Continuous Ink System this morning and installed it - now, I can’t get the printer to recognize the new chips. I’ve followed the instructions - push and hold the white reset button - but it does change anything.

I’ve taken the cartridges out and placed them back in again - still nothing.

Ideas?

All right - false alarm - I had a look on the Inkjetmall Forum - people there mentioned how you had to really push down on the cartridges to ensure they clicked into place. I thought I was going to break the cartridge holder but the entire set ultimately clicked onto place and the printer recognizes them…
