hmm. This can possibly be corrected with a paper feed motor adjustment using Maintenance Mode. This is where you print at a meter of material (with a tic mark at both ends) and measure to make sure it’s a full meter. It’s all in the maintenance service manual for the printer available at epson wide format at groups.io
